Do you guys ever listen to radio? On Saturday mornings, when I'm hanging out with Toby and stacking blocks on the floor and making his breakfast, it would be awesome to have a radio show playing in the background. Do you guys have any recommendations of shows you like? I'd love to hear!
My sweets, what are you doing this weekend? We're going out for sushi tonight and heading to the Pulse Art Fair tomorrow. (I'm hoping to meet Kim McCarty, whose paintings are amazing!) Alex cooks all the time, but the one thing that he can never seem to figure out is how exactly to boil an egg. It's weirdly hard! (I always hear him cursing in the kitchen.) So I was psyched to come across this funny website, Eggwatchers, which walks you right through it. Bravo!
I'm excited to share another hair tutorial! You know those days when you want your hair to look pretty but you only have a minute? Well, my friend Caroline swears by this gorgeous set of three twisted buns ("like cinnamon rolls!" she says). So she came over to explain exactly how to do them, and the wonderful Jamie Beck took a few photographs. And guess what? They really were quick and easy.
